The Corporate Management Team (CMT) had made a number of recommendations totalling £625,000 to cover inadequate budgets such as Winter Maintenance Overtime and Learning Disability Work Connect Staffing. The Labour Group budget took full account of the CMT recommendations and included these in the budget proposals. However, the SNP Administration ignored the CMT recommendations.
